The Canada Start-up Visa program (SUV) links innovative foreign entrepreneurs with private sector organizations in Canada who will help them establish their start-up business.
To qualify for the program, the business must be innovative, create jobs for Canadians and be able to compete internationally.
In comparison with other immigration programs, SUV has a very short processing time which allows the applicants to obtain PR directly in around 12-16 months and also the whole process and documents are much simpler.
